About the Role
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Dispensary Technician to join our supportive and collaborative team. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer care.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the pharmacist within the dispensary
- Ordering and unpacking dispensary stock
- Providing appropriate information and advice on OTC medicines
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient dispensary
- Delivering exceptional customer service in both the dispensary and front-of-shop when required
- Webster packing as needed
About You
Experience is valued; however, we are happy to train the right candidate who brings enthusiasm, reliability, and a positive attitude.
Ideally, you will have:
- Previous experience as a Dispensary Technician (preferred but not essential)
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy products
- Excellent computer skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- A reliable and enthusiastic work ethic
- The ability to adapt and work effectively within a team
- Strong communication skills
