- are an Australian qualified lawyer with 5-20+ years experience with leading law firms/in-house in EITHER: 1) construction/infrastructure/major projects litigation (and preferably also some advisory/transactional experience) OR 2) general litigation/dispute resolution (but not specifically in construction law);
- have a keen genuine interest in a predominantly litigation focused role/career specifically in the construction/infrastructure/major projects niche;
- have strong technical legal/analytical/problem-solving+ negotiation/advocacy skills;
