Specifically, you will love taking ownership of your own litigation practice/clients advising & resolving disputes relating to:
- Intellectual property- mainly trade marks;
- commercial issues- including commercial contracts, corporate/business law, debt recovery, privacy law, defamation & employment law.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
- Are an admitted solicitor;
- have a minimum of 4 years (or more) experience in commercial litigation (preferably including some intellectual property litigation);
- have high attention to detail+ strong drafting/communication/people skills+advocacy and negotiation skills;
- have an entrepreneurial spirit & willing to participate in business development/marketing and desire to be a key player in the business (not a mere number);
