We’re seeking reliable and motivated Production Operators to join a well-established manufacturing facility in South Windsor. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for consistent weekday work and the potential to secure long-term employment.

What’s on Offer?

• Monday–Friday work – enjoy your weekends off!

• Day Shift: 6:00am–2:30pm

• Afternoon Shift: 2:15pm–10:45pm

• Weekly rotating shifts - MUST BE ABLE TO DO BOTH AM & PM Shifts

Your Responsibilities

• Operating manufacturing machinery and production equipment

• Assembling products, parts and components

• Monitoring production lines and processes

• Performing quality inspections and product checks

• Meeting daily production targets

• Following workplace procedures and safety guidelines

• Completing manual handling and repetitive production tasks

• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production or machine operation

• Confidence working with machinery and industrial equipment

• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail

• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic

• Ability to manage physical duties, including prolonged standing and repetitive tasks

• Good communication skills and the ability to work within a team

• Own reliable transport is essential due to limited public transport

• Full, unrestricted Australian working rights

Mechanical aptitude and previous machine operating experience will be highly regarded.

Full Training Provided

No need to know everything from day one! You’ll receive on-the-job training covering machinery, production processes and workplace procedures.
