ABOUT THE ROLE:

• 4 on, 4 off roster
• 6:00AM – 6:00PM and 6:00PM – 6:00AM
• Level 4 Pay

Wilson Security is expanding in South Australia, securing additional contracts that strengthen our presence in the region.

This growth has created new roles within our team, focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients.

These positions are crucial to our success in the region and will be supported by our Operations Team and Duty Managers. They offer the opportunity to work in response roles, handling events such as protests and emergency management, with training across multiple locations and a variety of positions.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Access Control & Traffic Management: Managing vehicle access and egress, including heavy vehicle checks and mass management.
• Customer Service: Providing professional support to site personnel, visitors, and contractors.
• Security & System Monitoring: Overseeing gatehouse administration, monitoring security systems (CCTV and Access Control), and maintaining compliance with site security requirements.
• Incident Response & Reporting: Responding to incidents and emergencies and completing all required reports and site documentation.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Work Rights: Full, unrestricted Australian working rights.
• Requirements: SA Security Licence, First Aid and SA Driver's Licence
• Reliability & Professionalism: Punctual, well-presented, and an excellent communicator.
• Operational Excellence: Highly observant with strong situational awareness; committed to following standard operating procedures (SOPs) accurately.
• Independence & Flexibility: The autonomy and confidence to manage gatehouse operations unsupervised and supervised, coupled with full availability to support a 24/7 rotating roster (including day, night, and weekend shifts).
• Team Player: Communicates effectively with colleagues, ensures accurate shift handovers, and works collaboratively with client management
