About the Role

We’re looking for a dedicated and agile Site Manager to lead two, 24/7 Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes in the Blacktown area. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind day-to-day operations, guiding and mentoring a passionate team of Disability Support Workers to deliver best-practice care.

Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to make a genuine impact. You’ll work closely with residents who have complex needs, helping them achieve their goals and live their best lives, while supporting a team that shares your commitment to excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate care and services for residents in complex SIL homes.
  • Manage home resources, including shared spaces, assets, and vehicles.
  • Interpret and implement complex support plans.
  • Oversee restrictive practices, risk management, and incident reporting.
  • Champion choice and control for residents in their own homes.
  • Keep documentation current and ensure plans are in place.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Provide on-call support (approx. 2–3 times per year).

About You

You’re a motivated, resilient, and empathetic leader who thrives in dynamic environments. You’re adaptable, commercially savvy, and passionate about delivering high-quality services. Challenges don’t scare you—they inspire you to find solutions and drive continuous improvement.

You bring:

  • Management experience in disability services, including complex behaviours.
  • Strong knowledge of restrictive practices and NDIS requirements.
  • Proven ability to mentor and develop staff.
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
  • Understanding of self-care and professional boundaries.
  • A relevant qualification (Diploma or higher).

Successful applicants will require a current NSW Drivers Licence. An offer will be subject to a police clearance, a pre-employment medical, 100 points of ID, full Australian Work rights and a NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Ready to Make an Impact?

If you’re excited to empower people with disability and lead a team that shares your passion, apply now with your resume and cover letter outlining your suitability.
