As the Clinical Nurse Manager for the Acute Mental Health Inpatient Unit, you'll play a pivotal leadership role in shaping high-quality, evidence-based services that make a genuine difference to consumers, families and the broader community.
In this senior position, you'll provide operational oversight, clinical governance and workforce leadership across a dynamic multidisciplinary environment. You'll guide and mentor nursing staff, foster a positive and supportive workplace culture, and ensure the delivery of person-centred care that reflects NT Health values and contemporary mental health practice.
To thrive in this role, you'll bring current AHPRA registration, advanced leadership capability, and demonstrated experience managing clinical teams in complex environments. You'll be skilled in strategic thinking, resource management, service improvement and building strong, collaborative relationships.
