Are you an experienced Sales Consultant with a passion for wheels and tyres?
Bob Jane T-Marts Balcatta is looking for a motivated and knowledgeable team member to join our busy store. With a strong reputation for quality service, this is a great opportunity to build a rewarding career in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
What we're looking for:
- At least 2 years' experience in tyre and wheel sales
- Strong knowledge of Australian tyre compliance and legal requirements
- Confident tyre assessment skills
- Polite, professional phone manner and excellent customer service skills
- General computer skills
- A current driver's licence (preferred but not essential)
What you'll be doing:
- Assisting customers with tyre and wheel enquiries
- Conducting tyre inspections and advising on roadworthiness and compliance
- Making bookings, processing sales and billing
- Providing expert advice on products and services
What we can offer:
- On Target Earning (OTE) of $75,000 to $95,000 per annum depending on experience and performance, plus superannuation
- A role on a tight-knit team of 6-9 people
- A fast-paced retail workshop handling 30-40 vehicles per day
