Senior Draftsperson / Drafting Manager
$100k–$110k + Super | Subiaco

An exciting opportunity to take ownership of the drafting function within a growing Perth residential builder, with ambitious plans to double annual build volumes over the next few years.

The business delivers contemporary, design-led homes, combining modern architecture, quality finishes and steel-frame construction. Its portfolio spans project homes, double-storey residences and bespoke architectural builds. 

The Role
Working directly with the Director and General Manager, you’ll oversee drawing quality, buildability and documentation while helping shape and grow the internal drafting function.

• Review designs and drawings for accuracy, compliance and buildability.
• Manage residential drafting and documentation.
• Improve processes and take ownership of technical standards.
• Help develop the drafting team as the business grows.

About You

• Strong residential drafting experience at Senior level.
• Confident reviewing working drawings, not just producing them.
• Able to work autonomously and take ownership.
• Archicad experience preferred.
