Home Care Support Worker | West Wyalong
- Provide in-home support services to aged care customers.

Our Home Health program delivers in-home support services to our aged care customers to help them live independently, supported and empowered, within their own homes and communities.
We are seeking Home Care Support Workers in West Wyalong with some outreach work in areas including Ungarie, Weethalle, Burcher and Tallimba.
What’s On Offer
- Contract Type: Permanent Part-Time (20-25 hours per week depending on candidate availability)
- $34.80 to $36.59/hour (dependent on experience) + 12% super + travel allowance of $0.92 per KM + paid travel time

Your New Role
- Help at Home: such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation etc.
- Transportation and Personal Care: Experienced staff assist customers with appointments, shopping, social outings, showering, toileting, feeding etc.
- Client Awareness: Building relationships with clients and their families, conducting client observations with ongoing support and training
- Safety Practices: Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our customers safe
Key Requirements
- Current Australian Driver’s License and ownership of a reliable comprehensively insured vehicle
- Flexibility and availability to work rosters between Monday to Friday
