Category 5 Labour Management is expanding our workforce to support a new client across Perth’s parks, gardens and landscaping sector.
We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals with experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, horticulture and general outdoor work.
Whether you’re an experienced grounds maintenance operator, MR Driver or hands-on landscaping labourer, we’d love to hear from you!
About the Roles
Depending on your experience, duties may include:
- Maintaining parks, gardens, streetscapes and public spaces
- Operating ride-on mowers, whipper snippers, blowers and hedge trimmers
- Mowing, edging, pruning, weeding and general garden maintenance
- Planting, mulching, turf maintenance and irrigation
- Operating vehicles and transporting equipment (licensed drivers)
- General labouring and maintaining safe, tidy worksites
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in landscaping, horticulture or grounds maintenance
- Experience using outdoor power tools and maintenance equipment
- Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
- White Card (highly regarded, required for some positions)
- MR or HR licence (advantageous for driving roles)
- Physically fit and comfortable performing outdoor manual work in varying weather conditions
- Reliable, safety-conscious and able to work within a team
