About the Role
We have partnered with a growing and highly regarded financial planning firm with offices across Queensland and New South Wales. Joining a collaborative and well-connected team, you'll play a key role in supporting advisers, managing client relationships and assisting with advice implementation.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CSO/CSM looking to join a reputable company with great benefits or someone willing to take the next step, with a genuine pathway into Professional Year and an Associate position within 12 months for the right candidate.
Duties include:
- Manage client service and advice implementation
- Assist with SOAs, ROAs and advice documentation
- Liaise with clients and third-party providers
- Support advisers with client meetings and ongoing requirements
- Assist with basic paraplanning and workflow management
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years' experience in financial planning, CSO or paraplanning
- Exposure to risk, SMSFs, trusts, businesses and complex structures
- Strong understanding of SOA and ROA processes
- Excellent organisation, communication and attention to detail
- Ambitious and motivated to progress into financial planning
