Experienced Posi Track Operator – Mindarie, WA
We are currently seeking an experienced Posi Track Operator for a short-term civil construction project in Mindarie, WA.
The project involves constructing an overflow carpark, requiring a skilled operator who is confident completing detailed final trim bucket work without GPS.
Role Details:
- Location: Mindarie, WA
- Dates: 10th–20th November 2026 (excluding weekends)
- Project: Overflow carpark construction
- Equipment: Posi Track / Skid Steer
- Work Type: Civil construction and final trim
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a Posi Track safely and efficiently
- Complete accurate final trim bucket work without GPS
- Prepare, level and grade surfaces to required specifications
- Assist with carpark construction and general civil earthworks
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship and site safety
Requirements:
- Proven experience operating Posi Tracks / Skid Steers
- Strong final trim experience using a bucket
- Ability to work accurately without GPS machine control
- Previous civil construction or earthworks experience
- Relevant plant tickets
- Available for the required project dates
