Signage Production Lead
- Oversee production from artwork approval to final output.
- Operate and manage large-format printing and finishing equipment.
- Support junior staff and monitor production performance.
Our client is seeking an experienced Signage Production Lead to take ownership of workshop operations within a well-established and growing print and signage environment based in Busselton. This is a hands-on, full-time role suited to a confident operator who can manage the full production cycle, ensure quality output, and work autonomously in a fast-paced setting. With strong systems and equipment already in place, you’ll be set up to focus on delivering efficient, high-quality results while contributing to ongoing growth.
What you’ll be doing:
- Overseeing production from artwork approval through to final output
- Operating and managing large-format printing and finishing equipment
- Scheduling and prioritising jobs to meet deadlines
- Preparing and adjusting artwork files to ensure print accuracy
- Conducting final quality checks before dispatch
- Identifying and resolving issues ahead of production
- Reviewing workflow and maintaining organised workspaces
- Liaising with internal teams on job progress and priorities
- Supporting junior staff when required
- Monitoring production performance and identifying improvements
What you’ll need:
- Proven experience in a print or signage production environment
- Strong technical skills across large-format printing equipment
- Advanced ability in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Experience producing signage, decals, banners, and vehicle graphics
- Confident working independently and managing full job cycles
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Well-organised with a sense of ownership and accountability
- Team-oriented with a willingness to support others
