We're expanding our team of superstars in our Gaming and Beverage operational areas.

As a Customer Service Attendant at Pittwater RSL, you'll be committed to providing an exceptional customer experience, using your prior expertise to build and maintain relationships alongside high service standards.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Providing exceptional customer service
• Bar, gaming, and front-of-house operations
• Ensuring the Club is always presented in a clean and safe manner
• Assisting patrons across all areas
• Coffee making
• Beverage mixing and cocktail making
• High-level cash handling
• Keno & TAB operations
• Till operation and daily balancing
• Willingness to assist in all areas of the Club as required

Requirements:

• Availability to work a range of shifts, including weekdays, nights, weekends and public holidays (we'll accommodate rosters where we can, provided adequate notice is given)
• NSW RSA & RCG Competency Card essential
• Advanced RCG desired

Remuneration is in accordance with the Registered and Licensed Clubs Award 2020, including penalty rates for Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday work.
