Lead a $1.5 - $50 million commercial construction project for an established Perth builder with an enviable pipeline of secured work. Tilt-up experience essential.
An established, well-regarded commercial construction and fitout builder is seeking an experienced Site Manager to take full ownership of site delivery on a live project, with further projects secured behind it. This is a genuine opportunity to join a supportive, close-knit team with a strong track record and clear progression on offer.
The Role
- Full site ownership from mobilisation through to practical completion
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades on-site
- Manage tilt-up panel installation works
- Drive program, quality control and site logistics
- Own site safety, WHS compliance, inductions and toolbox talks
- Liaise directly with the Project Manager, consultants and client reps
About You
- Proven Site Manager experience in commercial construction and/or fitout
- Current Tilt-Up License required
- Strong WHS knowledge and safety leadership
- White card, first aid and relevant trade tickets
- Confident managing multiple trades under pressure
