Stream Healthcare is recruiting Occupational Therapists across Sydney and the Illawarra Region to join established multidisciplinary teams working across paediatrics, adult community, and aged care services.

The Role:
- Deliver assessments and evidence-based interventions across paediatric, adult, and/or aged care caseloads
- Provide services within clinic, community, residential, and home-based settings
- Collaborate with experienced multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, client-centred care
- Manage a caseload tailored to your clinical interests, experience level, and professional development goals
- Participate in ongoing supervision, mentoring, and professional learning opportunities

Essential Criteria:
- Current or eligible registration with AHPRA
- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
- Working With Children Check (required for paediatric or mixed caseload roles)
- National Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (where applicable)
