About the Role

Full-Time Registered Nurse | Corowa

Looking for more than just your next nursing role?

We’re seeking a dedicated RN to join our Corowa team full time and must be able to work during night shifts and available to work on weekends. If you’re driven by purpose and value flexibility, we’d love to hear from you.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering safe, high-quality care while ensuring every resident is treated with dignity and respect—at every hour of the day.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conducting initial and ongoing assessments, planning and managing nursing care

• Developing and reviewing individualised care plans to meet residents’ changing needs

• Participating in quarterly care plan reviews (or more frequently where required)

• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation in line with SCC policies and quality standards

• Ensuring the completion and accuracy of ACFI claims

• Supporting best practice clinical care in a collaborative team environment

What We’re Looking For

• Registered Nurse (Division 1) with current AHPRA registration

• Minimum 3 years' experience as an RN in an Aged Care setting

• Strong commitment to high-quality, person-centred care

• Solid understanding of State and Commonwealth Aged Care legislation

• Availability to work varied shifts (morning, afternoon, night & weekends)

• Working knowledge of AN-ACC, including assessments, documentation, and funding submissions
