About the Role
As a Van Driver, your responsibilities will include:
- Safe and professional delivery and collection of freight
- Loading and unloading freight, including manual handling duties
- Providing exceptional customer service at every delivery point
- Completing required paperwork and electronic documentation accurately
- Ensuring compliance with road transport, fatigue, and safety requirements
- Conducting daily vehicle inspections and reporting any issues promptly
- Representing Sands Fridge Lines in a professional manner at all times
What We're Looking For
We are seeking motivated individuals who take pride in their work and share our commitment to safety, customer service, and teamwork.
Essential Requirements
- Current Manual C Class Driver's Licence
- Previous delivery driving or transport experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work safely and independently
- Reliable, punctual and professional approach to work
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and fatigue management
- Physically fit and capable of loading and unloading freight
- Ability to complete paperwork and electronic records accurately
- Two contactable work references
- Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical Assessment
- Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol Screening
- Available to commence as soon as possible
- Full working rights within Australia
