Job description

DFP Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of our global client for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their team based in Adelaide CBD.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and detail-focused professional to join a well-established global organisation and provide support across accounts payable, invoicing, subcontractor administration, payroll and general administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process, code and reconcile incoming invoices and payments.
  • Coordinate invoice, credit note and client registration processes.
  • Maintain accurate client and subcontractor records.
  • Coordinate new client and subcontractor setups.
  • Maintain subcontractor licences, qualifications and insurance documentation.
  • Assist with RCTI payments and aged debt queries.
  • Provide backup support for fortnightly payroll processes and reporting.
  • Liaise with suppliers, operations and national finance/payroll teams.
  • Ensure financial and administrative processes are completed accurately and on time.
  • Provide general administrative support as required.

We are seeking someone with:

  • Previous experience in accounts administration, finance administration or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Experience with invoicing, accounts payable and reconciliations.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and computer skills, ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • A proactive, reliable and collaborative approach.
