To be successful you must have the following:
- Proven Site Manager who has experience delivering projects valued at $20M+
- Experience working for a reputable commercial builder
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive subcontractor performance
- Excellent organisational and planning abilities
- Experience managing projects involving tower cranes
- High rise project experience is extremely attractive
- A stable employment history and strong professional references
