Aluminium Welder / Fabricator

Our client is seeking an experienced Aluminium Welder / Fabricator to join their workshop team in Toowoomba, QLD. This role will involve working on truck-related fabrication and equipment, with a focus on quality workmanship, safety and getting the job done right.

The successful candidate will have previous aluminium welding and fabrication experience, a good eye for detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Carrying out aluminium welding and fabrication
• Cutting, measuring, assembling and fitting components
• Reading and interpreting basic drawings and measurements
• Using workshop tools and equipment safely
• Ensuring quality workmanship and meeting deadlines

What you’ll need:

• Previous aluminium welding and fabrication experience
• MIG and/or TIG welding skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good attention to detail
• Reliability and a strong work ethic
• Commitment to safe work practices and quality standards
