We're looking for a Systems-minded automation & workflow architect who thrives in ambiguity & builds structure out of messy, disconnected tools.
This isn’t your typical developer role. We’re searching for a MacGyver-type problem solver someone who can connect systems, build clever solutions, and make complex processes run seamlessly. We value capability, curiosity, and initiative just as much as formal qualifications.
As our Systems Developer, you’ll design, build, and maintain robust automated infrastructure that underpins critical business processes. You’ll play a key role in transforming internal data and proprietary analysis models into scalable, efficient, and automated solutions.

This is a full-time position, and only candidates with Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship will be considered
Key Responsibilities:
System Architecture & Integration
- Configure, deploy, and maintain automation platforms (e.g. Zapier and other no/low-code tools)
- Integrate internal and external systems to streamline business operations
Workflow Development
- Design and build complex, multi-step workflows using conditional logic
- Test and optimise workflows to ensure reliability and performance
Data & Pipeline Management
- Design and manage data flows across administrative, sales, and analytical systems
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and seamless system communication
Technical Asset Management
- Maintain proprietary configurations and analytical workflows
- Implement version control and change management practices
Documentation
- Produce clear, structured technical documentation for systems, integrations, and workflows
Technical Skills
- Experience with automation/integration tools (e.g. Zapier or similar platforms)
- Working knowledge of scripting/programming (Python, Bash, PowerShell or similar)
- Experience with Deluge programming (highly desirable)
- Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
- Strong understanding of conditional logic, process mapping, and data structures
- Experience managing versions of configurations, workflows, or non-core assets
- Highly detail-oriented with strong debugging skills

- Able to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on scalability and reliability
- Self-driven and proactive you take ownership from idea to deployment
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a small team
