About the Company
Topfield Farms Pty Ltd is a large-scale, family-owned agricultural business located in the Limestone Coast region of South East South Australia. The enterprise is one of the largest potato and onion producers in the area, supplying major food processors and fresh produce markets nationwide. About the role
Topfield Farms is after a skilled, reliable Machinery Operator who knows their way around a tractor and isn’t afraid to keep it running. This is a hands-on role across the full production cycle – and there’s genuine variety in it.

Responsibilities
• Potato planting – your primary focus. Spacing, depth, population, row accuracy.
• Harvesting potatoes and onions – maximising yield, minimising damage.
• Spreading – fertiliser, lime, gypsum, to rate.
• Field prep – tillage, bed-forming, cultivation, ground prep.
• Day-to-day machinery maintenance – pre-starts, greasing, basic fault-finding.
