- Process orders and manage despatching using SAP or willingness to learn.
- Pick and pack orders in the warehouse and coordinate with internal teams.
AWX is currently seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team in Geebung, Brisbane in a hybrid customer service and warehouse role.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in despatching, customer service, and warehouse operations-especially within the building industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face.
- Process orders and manage despatching using SAP (or willingness to learn).
- Pick and pack orders in the warehouse (approx. 20% of the role).
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth delivery operations.
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to safety procedures.

Requirements:
- Ideally SAP knowledge or willingness to learn.

- Forklift Licence preferred - or willingness to obtain during probation.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Physically fit and able to assist with order picking.
- Full working rights in Australia.
