Plant Mechanic

2XM Recruit have several opportunities available for Plant Mechanics in the Perth Metro area. This is a great opportunity to work with some of the most well-know, successful companies within the industry and great pay rates on offer. 
 
Basic duties:

• Overhaul of mobile plant and automotive equipment 
• Assess and repair hydraulic components
• Dismantle transmissions, mechanisms and other components to assess maintenance requirements
• Mechanically repair and replace worn and defective parts and reassemble mechanical components
• Test all mechanical parts after being repaired to ensure repairs are adequately completed

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with heavy equipment
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic components
• Team-orientated, positive attitude towards work
• Mechanical Trade Certificate – Heavy
