A leading civil infrastructure organisation is seeking an experienced Submissions Coordinator to produce high‑quality EOIs, tenders and proposal documents. This role suits someone who thrives in a deadline‑driven environment and takes pride in delivering polished, compliant submissions.
About the Role:
- Coordinate and produce non‑price tender and EOI submissions
- Manage submission plans, timelines and stakeholder inputs
- Review client addenda and update schedules
- Maintain tender, EOI and RFI registers
- Update CVs, project profiles and capability statements
- Collate non‑priced documentation and support desktop publishing
- Complete compliance checks and assist with final lodgement
About You:
- 5+ years’ experience in submissions/bids/proposals
- Exceptional writing, editing and document formatting skills
- Strong MS Office and SharePoint capability
- Civil construction or TfNSW experience highly regarded
- Adobe InDesign/Photoshop skills desirable
- Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Journalism, Law, Marketing or similar
