Educational Requirement:A Certificate IV in Disability Support or equivalent.
Documents and other Requirements:
- Working With Children's Check (Employee)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Current Driver License & your own car
- Covid 19 Vaccination Certificate
- Police Check
The client needs assistance with daily tasks, personal care and community access. Support worker is required to have a car to take the client and his foldable wheelchair. Also, the client has a fall history, the care worker needs to be strong enough to help the client with any trips and prevent falls.
Weekly 20 hours of service at Campbelltown. Everyday service will be for 4hours for 5days a week. Service Location is at Campbelltown, NSW.
**Special Requirement: Support Worker has to be over 40 years of age as the client requires someone near her age.**
There will be more shifts that will be offered other than this shift to other places and other times. The care worker will be expected to take other shifts as well.
P.S. Weekly hours will increase after the first couple of weeks. There will be more short duration services at different locations other than this service. We will expect the Support Worker to also provide service for short duration shifts.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $32.80 per hour
Expected hours: 18 20 per week
