Omni Recruit is currently looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse General Hands & Pick Packers to join a leading pharmaceutical distribution centre in Kemps Creek.

🕑 YOUR SHIFT

Monday – Friday

• Start times between 2:00pm – 4:00pm

• Finish times between 10:00pm – 12:00am

• Sunday overtime available when required

• Ongoing work with consistent weekly hours

📦 WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Your role will be hands-on and varied, including:

• 🎙️ Voice picking customer orders

• 📲 Using RF scanners to pick and process stock

• ⚡ Operating Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJ)

• 📦 Picking, packing and palletising orders

• 🔄 Stock replenishment and inventory movement

• 🚢 Container unloading and stock decanting

• 🏷️ Labelling and quality checking products

• 🚚 Preparing orders for dispatch

• ❄️ Working in chilled environments when required

• 🧹 Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work area

• 🦺 Following all workplace health and safety procedures

💪 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for candidates who are:

• Experienced in warehousing, pick packing or distribution

• Confident working in a fast-paced environment

• Experienced with RF scanning and voice picking – highly regarded

• Experienced with EPJ operation – an advantage

• Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive manual handling of 10–20kg

• Reliable, punctual and committed to excellent attendance

• Flexible to work overtime and extended finish times

• Available Monday–Friday on an ongoing basis

• Hold a current driver's licence and reliable transport – ESSENTIAL

• Comfortable commuting to Kemps Creek – please note there is no public transport access to site

• Have their own hi-vis shirt/vest and steel-cap boots

• Have full Australian working rights

• Able to successfully complete a National Police Check

Reliable transport is essential for this role as there is no public transport access to the site.

Candidates must also be able to successfully complete a National Police Check prior to commencing.
