Office‑based role with a leading organisation, working within a high‑performing Credit Team and reporting to a genuinely supportive Manager. Perfect for someone with an outgoing personality who enjoys credit assessment, thrives on accuracy, and loves working across the full credit cycle.

You’ll assess business credit applications, review credit limits, partner closely with sales, and support the team during busy periods with banking and allocations and collections. This role offers strong variety, stakeholder interaction, and the chance to deepen your credit expertise.
About the Role

As part of the Credit Team, you’ll take ownership of a broad mix of AR and credit tasks. The environment is fast‑paced, collaborative, and customer‑focused — ideal for someone who enjoys balancing credit assessment with hands‑on ledger work and relationship management.
You will be involved in:

• Assessing credit applications for business customers – opening new accounts, credit checks, and data entry
• Credit limit reviews and ensuring compliance with credit policies
• Engaging with sales teams to gather information and support decision‑making
• Banking & allocations —payment processing with strong accuracy
• Account reconciliations and maintaining clean, up‑to‑date records
• Posting journals and credit notes
• Query resolution — liaising with branches, sales, and customers
• Assisting with collections — outbound/inbound calls and email follow‑up
• Releasing orders and ensuring accounts are compliant
• Collaborating with internal departments to resolve billing issues

About You

• Proven experience in Accounts Receivable or Credit
• Strong administration capability with excellent accuracy and attention to detail
• Confident working with volume, deadlines, and varied tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Highly organised with strong time‑management skills
• Clear communicator who builds rapport with internal and external stakeholders
• Outgoing personality with a proactive, team‑focused approach
• Able to work independently and within a supportive team environment
