What You'll Be Doing
Person-Centred Care
Provide high-quality nursing care that supports the health, wellbeing and independence of residents and patients across aged care and acute settings.
Clinical Care Delivery
Assist in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient and resident care in collaboration with Registered Nurses and the multidisciplinary team.
Communication & Collaboration
Work closely with patients, residents, families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure care is coordinated, respectful and responsive to individual needs.
Professional Practice
Maintain accurate clinical documentation, participate in quality improvement activities and engage in ongoing professional development.
What You Bring
- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
- Commitment to providing safe, high-quality and person-centred care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong clinical and organisational skills
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
- Current Driver's Licence
- Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Rights to work in Australia
