Our client is seeking an experienced Residential Foreman to join their team on a permanent basis. They're a highly regarded residential construction company delivering premium homes and bespoke building projects across Sydney. Their portfolio includes high-end renovations, extensions and custom-built homes, with a strong focus on quality craftsmanship, attention to detail and exceptional project delivery. This is a hands-on leadership role offering a competitive salary of AUD$110,000 to AUD$130,000 per annum. The successful candidate will take charge of day-to-day site operations, lead a team of tradespeople, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.

• Lead and manage site teams, ensuring safety compliance and quality workmanship across all projects
• AUD$110,000 to AUD$130,000 per annum, permanent position
• Direct responsibility for scheduling, resource allocation, and project coordination

Preferred Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a supervisory or foreman role on construction or trade sites 
• Experience on residential construction teams
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and site compliance standards
• Proven ability to manage teams, coordinate schedules, and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Competency in reading plans, specifications, and technical documentation
• Experience with project budgeting, cost control, and resource planning

Preferred Qualifications

• Formal trade qualification or equivalent hands-on experience in construction
• Supervisors license is advantageous 
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• White Card (Construction Induction) or equivalent site safety accreditation.
