What you’ll be doing.

You will support the delivery of a portfolio of operational projects focused on improving service quality and performance outcomes. This includes planning, implementing, monitoring, and reporting on projects, while identifying and managing risks along the way. You will also work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support continuous improvement initiatives, strengthen compliance and data quality, and contribute to onboarding, training, and change activities across the organisation.

What we’re looking for

We are looking for someone who is organised, collaborative, and passionate about improving service delivery and outcomes in the community and housing sector.

You will bring:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in social housing, community services, or a similar service delivery environment

  • Experience or qualifications in project management, housing management, communications, or a related field

  • Strong understanding of project management principles and ability to apply them to routine projects

  • Ability to interpret and apply policies, contracts, and/or legislation in an operational context

  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with a wide range of stakeholders

  • A collaborative, client-focused approach with a commitment to continuous improvement

  • Ability to work effectively in a values-driven environment, demonstrating integrity, resilience, and teamwork

  • A current driver’s licence and ability to successfully complete required background checks (police, WWC, NDIS)
