We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Branch Assistant to join our small, friendly team at Tradelink Horsham.
  
This is a varied role where no two days are quite the same. You'll be helping customers, delivering orders, managing stock and supporting the team with day-to-day branch operations.

This is a full-time position based in Horsham, VIC.
  
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm, plus every second Saturday, 8:00am – 12:00pm.

Your responsibilities: 

• Assist trade and retail customers with enquiries, orders and general customer service.
• Complete local deliveries using company vehicles, including a ute and truck as required.
• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive incoming deliveries, put away stock and assist with inventory management.
• Safely load and unload goods, ensuring orders are handled correctly.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse and branch environment.
• Support the wider team with general branch operations as needed.

What you’ll need to succeed: 

• Customer Service Skills: A friendly, confident approach and willingness to help customers and colleagues.
• Hands-on Attitude: Comfortable with physical work, including manual handling and lifting items up to 23kg.
• Reliability & Teamwork: A dependable, flexible team player who is happy to pitch in wherever needed.
• Industry Experience: Previous experience in plumbing, trade wholesale, warehousing or deliveries would be advantageous, but isn't essential.
• Licence Requirements: A current Australian driver's licence is essential. An MR licence is highly regarded, with support available to obtain one for the right candidate. A forklift licence would also be beneficial.
• Australian Working Rights: Full Australian working rights are required. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
