About the Client
Our client is an established manufacturer specialising in advanced pipe systems for infrastructure and industrial applications. Their Lonsdale facility operates a busy production environment focused on quality, safety and reliable manufacturing operations.
What you will be doing
As a Mechanical Fitter you will be responsible for the below duties:
- Perform mechanical maintenance on production machinery
- Diagnose and repair mechanical faults and breakdowns
- Complete routine servicing of production equipment
- Conduct preventative maintenance to minimise downtime
- Identify and report equipment faults and maintenance requirements
- Work 9.5-hour shifts Monday to Thursday
What you will need
To be successful in this role you will need to have the below:
- Mechanical Fitter Trade Certificate
- Working at Heights
- Strong mechanical fault-finding skills
- Reliable and safety-focused attitude
- Previous manufacturing or production maintenance experience
