Take ownership of workplace health and safety within an established Cairns organisation, working closely with leaders and employees to strengthen systems, support a positive safety culture and drive practical improvements. This is a hands-on role combining WHS advisory, systems improvement, workers’ compensation and return-to-work responsibilities.
- Strengthen and continuously improve WHS systems, policies and processes
- Manage workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs
- Partner with leaders and employees to promote a positive safety culture
- Salary up to $100,000 + superannuation, with flexibility for the right person
HR CONSULTANTS | Temporary | Cairns
Perfect for experienced HR professionals seeking flexible project work. Use your recruitment and selection expertise to support major recruitment campaigns and assessment processes.
- Assist with recruitment panels, selection activities and reporting
- Flexible temporary assignments with reputable organisations
- Attractive hourly rate of $80 + superannuation per hour
