About the Opportunity

A very busy bulk billing clinic established for over 15 years in the Somerton area is urgently needing to replace two doctors who have left the clinic. This position is open to unrestricted VR GPs and GPs who are still bound by the moratorium with DPA available on weekends and after hours. Located in front of a shopping mall with bus stops across the road and a train station nearby, the practice is easily accessible by public transport with onsite parking for patients and staff. You will be working with a very multicultural team of medical professionals with visiting allied health and highly qualified nursing support until 9:00pm weeknights. The practice is open 7 days with extended trading hours during the week and the capacity for you to see 6 patients an hour if you wish as patients are generally booked in for 10 - 15min depending on the practitioner. Range of services offered here include occupational health, chronic disease management, care plans, reproductive health, vaccinations, paediatrics and geriatrics, nutrition, dressings, women and men's health, skin cancer checks and procedures, pain management, allergies and counselling with imaging and pathology facilities conveniently located onsite. Essential Criteria:

• MBBS or equivalent
• Must have a current and valid AHPRA GENERAL /SPECIALIST registration
• FRACGP qualified
