Programmed Skilled Workforce is currently seeking Voice Picker Packers / Factory Hands to join our client's logistics operations located in Salisbury. This is an ongoing casual position offering stable hours and the opportunity to work within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

About the Role

As a Picker Packer, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and packing customer orders while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity. This role involves the handling of wine products and requires individuals who are physically fit and capable of performing manual handling tasks throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately
  • Operate RF scanning equipment
  • Undertake manual handling and lifting of wine cartons
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards
  • Follow site procedures and work instructions
  • Work collaboratively within the warehouse team

What We're Looking For

  • Previous pick packing experience
  • Receiving picking instructions via headset and mobile unit
  • Following voice prompts to locate products within the warehouse
  • Accurately selecting stock based on aisle, location, and quantity instructions
  • Providing verbal confirmations and check-codes to verify picks
  • Operating an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) to transport, load, unload, and stage products safely
  • Efficiently moving inventory throughout the warehouse while maintaining productivity and accuracy
  • Always following all site safety procedures and quality standards

Requirements

  • Current Driver's Licence
  • Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
