Factory Hand/Labourer
- Assist in the production of reinforcing steel for concrete applications.
- Perform tasks including cutting, bending, welding, and loading steel.
- Provide customer service and support in stores and warehousing.
Factory Hand
We are seeking new production operators at our Toowoomba site to assist in the production of reinforcing steel for use in concrete footings, slabs and structures.
About the Role
- $30.15 to 34.46 per hour (depending on exp) hourly rate plus overtime plus penalties
- Fulltime or Casual (with additional Casual loading 25%)
- Work Monday to Friday with early starts
- Cutting, bending, welding, bundling and loading steel onto trucks
- Customer service, Stores and Warehousing tasks
About you
- All on the job training provided, opportunities to upskill across the factory
- Experience with hand tools or welding desirable
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role
- Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices
- Must be able to pass all satisfactory pre-employment checks
