Hays is partnering with a wellestablished and reputable Public Practice firm in Hobart to recruit a Business Services Accountant. This respected firm has built a strong reputation for delivering excellent client service and fostering a supportive workplace culture. With continued growth and increasing client demand, the firm is expanding its team and offering the opportunity to join a stable, highperforming practice.
Your new role
Based in Hobart CBD and reporting directly to a Partner, you will manage a diverse portfolio of small to mediumsized business clients. You will be responsible for delivering a broad range of accounting and business services, including SMSF accounting, preparation of financial statements, BAS, tax compliance, and advisory work. You will work closely with clients, and youll be supported by an experienced leadership team committed to your professional development.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will have:

• Completed or commenced CA/CPA qualifications
• Previous experience in a Business Services or Public Practice environment
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
• Willingness to undergo a national police check prior to commencement
