Senior Risk and Performance Advisor | Darwin, NT

CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking an experienced Senior Risk and Performance Advisor for a 6 month contract role based in Darwin, NT.
This role will suit an experienced risk, governance or compliance professional with a background in corporate performance, risk management and internal governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage insurance claims and assist with annual insurance renewals.
• Lead performance reporting and support business planning and annual reporting.
• Support internal audit activities, including monitoring findings and recommendations.
• Deliver risk reporting and coordinate risk assessments and reviews.
• Administer risk, audit, compliance and performance systems, including Riskonnect.
• Maintain compliance registers, policies, procedures and document management frameworks.
• Support governance education, training and continuous improvement.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Risk, Governance, Compliance or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in claims management, corporate governance, risk management or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience leading programs relevant to corporate compliance or risk management.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, reporting and organisational skills.
• Current driver's licence.
• Ability to obtain a National Criminal History Check.

What We Can Offer:

• 6 month contract role based in Darwin.
• Level 5–6 classification, depending on experience.
• $61.49 per hr
