We’re partnering with a leading wealth and investment organisation seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to join their Account Services team.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of complex operational processes, support key stakeholders and contribute to ongoing improvements across client onboarding, account administration and service delivery.

The Role As a senior member of the team, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the efficient administration of client accounts while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, compliance and client service.

You’ll work closely with advisers, support teams and external partners, acting as a trusted operational expert and helping drive continuous improvement initiatives across the function. 

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee complex client onboarding activities, including AML/KYC requirements
• Manage account establishment, maintenance, amendments and closures
• Support the administration of deceased estates and sensitive client matters
• Perform daily operational controls, reconciliations and reporting
• Maintain data integrity across multiple systems and platforms
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, custodians and external providers
• Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations, risk frameworks and operational procedures
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members where required 

About You

You are a proactive and highly organised operations specialist with strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes.
You’ll bring:

• 4+ years’ experience within financial services operations, wealth management or investment administration
• Strong understanding of account maintenance, client onboarding and operational controls
• Exposure to AML/KYC processes and regulatory requirements
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for greater efficiency
• The confidence to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
