Pathways, Evidence and Partnerships
The Pathways, Evidence and Partnerships Directorate provides statewide oversight of referral pathways, data, evidence and commissioned service partnerships across the Child and Family Support System. We ensure children and families receive the right support at the right time through referral systems, strong sector relationships and high-quality evidence, as well as generating research and insights to inform policy, strengthen practice and drive continuous improvement.

Role Details
The Supervisor, Child and Family Safety Network (CFSN) is a role within Child and Family Support and is accountable to the Manager, Safety and Pathways for:
• leading the CFSN program through liaising and collaborating with senior managers, staff and external stakeholders to develop strong links with key partners, ensuring comprehensive, high-quality program outcomes for at-risk children and their families
• managing, leading and guiding CFSN Coordinators in the delivery of high-quality and effective coordination of services, interventions and strategies in partnership with local partners to support vulnerable and at-risk unborn babies, infants, children and young people up to the age of 18 years and their families
• working strategically and systematically across government and the non-government, and community sector, in strengthening the service system, responding to reduce trauma and mitigate harm to vulnerable and at-risk unborn babies, infants, children and young people to reduce the need for a statutory child protection response
• providing high-quality leadership that inspires and motivates others to work collaboratively in a timely manner, adopt a coordinated and systemic approach and respond to the community and business needs
• ensuring that services provided to families are culturally appropriate and safe, employing strategies that empower families and build on strengths and resilience.

Must hold a current Australian issued driver's licence (equivalent to minimum class C).
Must comply with any order, direction, policy or procedure of the Chief Executive or delegate to receive vaccinations.
Essential Qualifications
Incumbent should hold an appropriate degree or equivalent qualification which gives eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers; or an appropriate degree or equivalent qualification which entitles registration with the Psychology Board of Australia; or Persons of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent, who have the appropriate background and skills.
