Are you an experienced Civil Site Supervisor looking to join a respected contractor delivering a diverse range of civil infrastructure projects across South Australia?We're partnering with a well-established business seeking a hands-on leader who can drive site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Your new role

• Supervise day-to-day site activities across civil construction projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, plant, materials, and labour resources.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project delivery requirements.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience supervising civil construction projects, ideally across earthworks, subdivisions, roads, utilities, or infrastructure works.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and plant resources effectively.
• Solid understanding of WHS requirements and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Current Driver's Licence and relevant industry tickets and certifications.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to keep projects on track and deliver high-quality outcomes.
