Your new role
As the Data Project Manager, you will lead a critical data and information management workstream within a broader asset management programme. Working closely with senior stakeholders, technical specialists, business analysts and project teams, you will drive the development of data standards, improve information quality, and establish the controls required to support future data migration initiatives.This role combines strategic planning with hands-on delivery and will suit an experienced Project Manager who understands both technical data environments and large-scale organisational transformation programs.Key responsibilities include:

• Leading data and information management project streams across multiple initiatives
• Managing data quality, cleansing, remediation and standardisation activities
• Overseeing the publication and implementation of mandatory data standards
• Supporting future-state data migration planning and readiness activities
• Working closely with technical teams to understand system integrations and information architecture requirements
• Facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions across business and technical groups
• Providing leadership and direction to Business Analysts and project delivery resources
• Reporting project progress, risks and outcomes to senior programme stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

• Proven experience delivering asset management projects in any industry sector
• Strong expertise across data governance, information management, data migration and data quality improvement initiatives
• Experience leading data cleansing, migration or remediation programs
• Technical project management experience with an understanding of system integration and information architecture
• The ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes for senior stakeholders
• Previous experience managing and mentoring Business Analysts within complex project environments
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
• A collaborative and delivery-focused approach within large transformation programs
• Ability to attend Sunshine Coast office location 3 days per week
