Full Time Certificate III - Carlingford

About the Role

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a 29-place early learning centre in Carlingford seeking a passionate and dedicated Certificate III Educator to join their team.

As a Certificate III Educator, you’ll work alongside a supportive team to create engaging, play-based learning experiences that encourage children’s learning, development and wellbeing.

You’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with children and families while contributing to a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of engaging, play-based educational programs
• Create a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for all children
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
• Observe, document and contribute to children’s learning and development
• Work collaboratively with the team to provide high-quality education and care
• Maintain compliance with the NQF, NQS, EYLF and relevant legislation
• Contribute to continuous improvement across the centre
• Support children’s wellbeing through positive and meaningful interactions

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
• A current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
• Current Child Protection training
• Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development
