Job Description
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the welcoming face of Garden Village. Bring your outstanding customer service skills and passion for helping others to support our aged care community. This casual role offers flexibility and the opportunity to provide leave coverage across the team, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a varied role and working in a supportive environment.
You will warmly welcome residents, clients and visitors, ensuring they feel valued and supported from the moment they arrive. Duties include answering and triaging phone calls, coordinating courier deliveries and mail distribution, assisting with Village functions and providing administrative support to the Garden Village Executive Team. Flexibility, reliability and a positive, team-focused approach are essential to succeed in this role.
Desired Skills and Experience
The ideal Candidate will bring to the role:
- Excellent Customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to problem solve and multi-task with confidence
- Sound knowledge of Windows and MS Office applications and a willingness to learn
- Relevant training and experience in administration in a fast-paced environment – ideally in a health or aged care setting.
