The Roles

• Our mid-tier client is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to work in a hybrid role across tax structuring within their highly regarded Corporate Team. There will be some access to M&A work for interested applicants.  You will provide direct and indirect tax advice on business successions, corporate structuring and reorganizations, commercial transactions, tax audits, objections, private rulings, tax litigation and inbound and outbound investments, including Australian income tax, double tax treaties, GST and stamp duty.
• Our top-tier client is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join its national Tax Team. Working principally in direct tax and income tax, your role will include: representing leading Australian and global companies on tax advisory work to help implement their commercial objectives; resolving tax disputes, including transfer pricing matters, across the full life cycle from risk advice through to ATO engagement, alternative dispute resolution and litigation.
• Our Boutique client’s Private Wealth team is seeking a junior tax lawyer (c2-5 PQE), with private client advisory experience across income, capital gains and fringe benefits taxes, superannuation (including the Superannuation Guarantee), GST, stamp duty, land tax and succession planning
