About the role
WorkPac are seeking reliable and hardworking Labourers for ongoing opportunities within a concrete precast production environment in Welshpool. This role is suited to candidates with previous labouring experience who are physically fit, comfortable performing repetitive manual tasks and looking for consistent ongoing work.
Successful candidates will assist with the production of concrete precast products, including soakwells, piping, curbing, sleeper beds and drainage components. On-the-job training will be provided to help candidates learn the processes and requirements of the role.
What You Will Be Doing
- Performing general labouring duties within a concrete precast production environment
- Assisting with the production of soakwells, piping, curbing, sleeper beds and drainage products
- Completing repetitive manual handling tasks as required
- Assisting with the movement and handling of materials and products
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe work area
- Following workplace health and safety procedures and instructions
- Working collaboratively with the production team to meet daily requirements
What You Will Need
- Previous experience in a labouring role
- Good physical fitness and the ability to perform repetitive manual work
- Ability to work in an outdoor, yard-based production environment
- Strong work ethic and a reliable approach to attendance
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team
- Commitment to workplace health and safety
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol Screen
