About the Client
Our client is a well-established Australian wholesale supplier of fresh flowers and plants, supporting the retail and distribution industries. Their operations include product preparation, packaging, quality control, warehousing and distribution, ensuring fresh products are delivered to customers efficiently.
Shift Structure;
Day shift - Monday Friday | 5:30am or 6am starts. 28-35 hours a week
What You Will Be Doing
In this role you will work assisting with admin duties and all round site work, including:
- Assisting with daily admin duties and dealing with clients via the phone and email
- Handling invoicing and customer orders
- Able to assist in the production room with making bunches of flowers
- Other duties as the business requires
What You Will Need
- Drivers Licence + reliable transport
- Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with accounting software, Xero in particular
- Strong communication skills and time management
